Mark Granville-Smith, current President of NVBIA. Mark has been CEO of Classic Concept Builders, Inc for over 20 yrs. Classic is a custom home builder and land development company located in Prince William County.

Classic Concept Builders has been honored with receiving the Builder of the year award from the the Prince William County Chapter of the NVBIA in 2007 and has received the Regional NVBIA Builder of the Year award twice in 2004 and 2007. Mark has served as Vice President and President of the Prince William Chapter of NVBIA (twice). He also is a member of NVBIA's Legislative Committee, trustee on ASPAC (NVBIA's Political Action Committee) and HBAV's (Build Pac, the state association's Political Action Committee).

Mr Granville-Smith is an avid sportfisherman, both fresh and saltwater. He is married to his wife Amy who also fishes with and works for Classic. They have two grandchildren.

Michael Jordan is a second generation residential and commercial builder/developer.  He is a principle of the Loudoun County based Robert B. Jordan Company for the past 18 years.  The company has built and developed residential and commercial projects throughout the Washington Metropolitan area as well in Southern Maryland.  The company has won numerous NVBIA and NAHB awards. Michael has been an active member of the Loudoun County Chapter of NVBIA for many years and served as the president of the chapter.  Michael served as Treasurer for NVBIA last year.

Sherman Patrick works for the Compton and Duling LC law firm in Prince William VA.  Sherman is a professional planner and  has worked in Northern Virginia for 28 years. He and his family live in Prince William County. He and his wife enjoy family time and spend a lot of time at youth sporting events with their children.  But they also enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors.  Sherman served as Vice President and then President of the Prince William Chapter of NVBIA.  He has a broad perspective on government relations and is very active in promoting the interests of private builders and developers.
