I am a Life Director and prior Fairfax Chapter president.

What would you tell a future member of NVBIA?

Get involved early and often.

When you have 30 minutes of free time, how do you pass the time?

Read a book that does not involve the word “zoning ordinance”

 What is your favorite quote?

“True voyage is return” by Ursula LeGuin. I think we neglect how much growth and change occurs in our lives until we can measure it against returning to where we have come from. A deeper way of saying the journey is more important than the destination.

If you were stuck in a tv show for a month, which would it be and why?

Community – who wouldn’t want the chance for consequence free hijinks with a funny group of people.
