MEET RHONDA LEPPERT WITH ANNANDALE MILLWORK AND ALLIED SYSTEMS CORPORATION

March 15,2021

Rhonda – tell us a little about your company:Rhonda Leppert

My company has been in business for over half a century with some of the most prominent production builders in this region calling us their building partner.  We began supplying trusses and panels when stick building was the accepted method of construction and we were one of the first companies to manufacture and supply prehung door units.  I’ve been with my company for 15 years and am proud to be a part of Annandale Millwork for many more.

What is the value of NVBIA to your company?

The members that comprise NVBIA have countless years of collective experience. You couldn’t find a better resource to turn to for any problem you come across in your day to day. If you have a directory, you have an answer.

How are you involved with NVBIA?

I am the membership retention chair for 2021 and have been active with the membership committee for about 10 years. I am also a member of the Associates Committee. Being involved in both of these committees is a no brainer for me, they go hand in hand. I am also joining in the fun of being a part of the community services committee for WBI. I can’t wait for in-person events to kick into full gear, I go to nearly every one of them.

If you were talking to a future member of NVBIA, what would you say to them?

Get involved. Don’t just write a check. Being involved provides much deeper insight into what this association is about and you will make lifelong connections, professionally and personally.

Let’s learn a little more about you! What do you do with 30 minutes of free time?

I enjoy walking with my dog – Choco, a chocolate lab.

What is your favorite quote?

“Pain is an excellent teacher.” I authored this one.  Whether it’s physical, emotional, financial or otherwise.  If it hurts, you learn from it.
